Returning an Item
To start your return, just fill out the form below. Have your order number and email handy – you’ll find them in your confirmation email. More details are listed just below.
How to return your item
- Submit your return request within 14 days of delivery using the form below.
- Please ensure the item is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. This helps your furniture reach us safely and supports our sustainability promise.
- Add the return slip inside the box and clearly write your order number on the outside.
- Use the return address provided after your request is submitted. We’ll help coordinate collection through one of our trusted courier partners. Be sure to request proof of postage, as we’re unable to cover items lost or damaged in transit.
- Once we’ve received your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 14 working days, back to your original payment method.
Return fees for unwanted items
We subsidise our delivery costs to keep them low for you.
If you choose to return the item, we’ll refund your original delivery cost, with a small collection fee of £22.95 per box.
Returned items must be in perfect, resellable condition. If they’re not, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Helpful return tips
- Hold onto your return slip and original packaging until you’re certain you’re keeping your items.
- Avoid assembling furniture if you’re unsure — it saves time and helps prevent restocking charges.
- Repack your items securely, just as they arrived, to protect them during transit.
- Once your courier collects the parcel, ask for a receipt or tracking ID to follow your return.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, simply log in to your Account Area and submit an Aftercare Request. We’ll take it from there.
Outside the 14-day return window
Please inspect your order upon arrival. We can’t offer refunds or replacements after 14 days unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Made-to-Order items
For made-to-order pieces, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel.
After that, cancellation isn’t possible due to their custom nature.
This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Clearance Outlet products
Our Clearance Outlet includes items that may be ex-display, refurbished, or customer returns — all in good, functional condition but sold at a reduced price.
Returns follow the same process as standard items.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, size, or color, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the product you want. This ensures that you receive your new item as quickly as possible and that our stock is always up to date.
