At Nordina Home, the quality of our service is equally as important as the quality of our furniture. We work day and night to ensure our customers enjoy not only beautiful interiors, but also quick deliveries at a fair price.

Delivery Time to the UK

Estimated Delivery Times are displayed on each product page right below the add-to-cart button. In general though, in-stock items ordered before 12pm can be shipped the same day from our warehouse. Please allow between 1-3 working days for the delivery to reach you, depending on the delivery address: main urban areas such as London, Birmingham or Manchester are usually delivered quickly, while Scotland and rural areas might take a few days longer. For Channel Islands deliveries, please contact us directly.

Our courier partners are DPD and DHL, we reserve the right to select one courier or the other based on the size of the items and the basket size. For selected items, we also offer premium options for faster delivery which are visible in the checkout for users to select.

Our goal is to have all of our items in stock at all times. However, due to the high demand of our beautiful furniture, in periods with high sales we might not have them already available in the warehouse. On each product page, you can see the estimated shipping and delivery time. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an event outside our control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date as soon as possible.


International Deliveries

For any orders outside the UK, including Channel Islands, please do not hesitate to contact us directly: our customer service team will be more than happy to find a tailor made solution for your needs, wherever your delivery might be.


Delivery Cost

Shipping cost for UK deliveries is calculated at checkout. Our system is designed for us to be able to offer our customers the fairest possible delivery charge, taking into consideration the distance from the shipping address, the item dimensions and the size of the order.

For international deliveries, we advise to contact us directly to have clear information about the charges: our customer service team would be more than happy to retrieve estimated timeframes and costs once they understand your specific requirements.
